At Thorns, we are proud to celebrate Ruby’s recent achievement at the West Midlands Long Course Regional Swimming Championships.
Her amazing performance at the 200m breaststroke event resulted in a new Long Course Personal Best with an impressive time of 3:30:98 and has qualified for the City of Cardiff International Open Meet in multiple events. These include the 20m, 100m and 200m breaststroke.
Ruby’s success and commitment to the sport is evident in her rigorous training regime, which starts as early as 6:30am. She will no doubt continue to make waves and become a rising star in the world of competitive swimming as she moves one step closer towards her dream of representing England at the Olympics.
