For general questions or queries regarding your child’s wellbeing or progress at Thorns, your first point of contact should be your child’s session 1 teacher or Head of Year. If they are unable to address subject-specific enquiries, then they may forward your query to your child’s subject teacher or the relevant Head of Department.

Please ring main reception where the administrative team will take a message and forward it on to the appropriate member of staff. We aim to respond to messages within 2 working days.
