We have today received the sad news that Jackie Jessup passed away over the weekend. Jackie was Chair of Governors at Thorns Community College and was associated with the school for thirty years. Her three children all attended Thorns and she also has grandchildren here.
Jackie contributed a great deal to the school community and in recent years was also the Chair of the Community Association at Withymoor Primary School and Vice Chair of Governors at Thorns Primary School.
Our deepest sympathies and condolences go out to her family.
