The Academy will be OPEN to all students and staff tomorrow, Wednesday 13th December. We expect students to arrive at the normal time of 8:40am. All staff should park on the main car park, on the right of the drive.
Students will be permitted to wear footwear appropriate for the snow and ice, ie, boots, wellingtons, trainers and can wear them all day. Students will not be punished for not wearing their school shoes. However, we expect students to be wearing the rest of their uniform correctly (or bring school trousers to change into once they are in school). Please ensure that students also wear suitable warm coats and take extra care when walking to and from the Academy as the pavements may still be slippery.
Session 6 revision for Year 11 students will be cancelled on Wednesday due to the weather and the number of mock exams being taken tomorrow.
If the weather worsens, we may have to review this decision but will communicate any updates if they occur.
