There is one member of staff who is the staff body union representative who isn’t costed in monetary or time, however, the service provided from Dudley gives our staff access to Representation at any point in the year. This service is at a cost to the academy of £5590. There is no facility time spent by our staff on trade union representation as a result of this bought in service.
